Total Hardness (TH) Water Testing Strips could help to test the water total hardness in just a few seconds. The quantity of calcium and magnesium dissolved in the water is the simplest way to measure water hardness. Calcium and magnesium are the primary dissolved minerals in hard water. During the heating process of hard water, such as in a water heater at home, calcium carbonate crystals may develop. Hardness concentrations beyond 120 to 170 mg/L are generally considered safe , however machine manufacturers may specify a lower limit (7 to 10 grains per gallon).
During general coffee machine service, one of the main reason for the machine to break down is because of water scale build up inside the tanks. The scale and dirt would gradually block the pipes, causing damanges to your machine and health eventually.

- We aim to get your parcels ready between 1 - 3 business days, some items might take a bit longer due to popularity & internal transfers. Once your item is ready for pick up, we will notify via Email & SMS.

Signature Upon Receival
- Unless otherwise stated, orders under $200 will be left in a safe place wherever possible if you are not at home when delivery arrives, and signature would be required for orders over $200 in most cases.
- For all interstate orders, we ship via a combination of services including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Border Expres, etc, based on the best shipping price we can provide to you.
Orders Containing Alcohol
- We require all parcels containing alcohol to be signed for on delivery. The supply of liquor may only be accepted and signed for by persons 18 years and older.
Tracking
- All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
