The founder, Frankie Shi, is a prize-winning roaster and barista who specialises in latte art and has been crowned state cup-tasting champion on several occasions. His extraordinary coffee journey and accomplishments have served as an inspiration to many serious coffee enthusiasts.

He discovered his love for coffee at an early age and has built a career out of it since then. He likes roasting, brewing, cupping, and talking about coffee, as well as finding thrilling in-season coffee. He is also devoted to assisting young entrepreneurs who are interested in pursuing a coffee career of their own in the industry.
