The Genuine Omnipure L5520 is a Carbon Block Water Filter that is a part of the L series of Carbon Block Water Filters.

Coffee machines, under-sink boiling systems, freestanding coolers, and commercial applications all benefit from the use of this filter since it reduces scale buildup. Also suitable for use in ice makers, freezers, beverage equipment, drinking fountains, under-sink water purification systems, and reverse osmosis systems.

Among the contaminants reduced by the Omnipure L5520 include chlorine, giardia cysts, chlorine, cyrptosporidium, certain metals, tastes, and odours. It makes use of high-quality acid-washed coconut carbon. By simply twisting the filter body away from the fixed head, it is possible to replace the used media bed in a short period of time, saving time and money.
