Chamomile tea is a popular beverage with many health benefits, including the ability to reduce stress. Camomile is a member of the Asteraceae plant family and features daisy-like flowers. As a natural therapy for many health problems, people have used it for a long time.
Tea is made by steeping dried camomile flowers in boiling water. Due to its caffeine-free status, many tea lovers prefer the earthy, somewhat sweet flavour of camomile tea over black or green tea.
Camomile tea's antioxidants may help protect you against a variety of diseases, including heart disease and cancer. Chamomile has calming and digestive-aid properties. Chamomile has been used for centuries.

Could I Drink Chamomile Tea Everyday?
While camomile tea may be enjoyed at any time of day, it may be most soothing and beneficial to sleep when taken in the evening. As an alternative, if you suffer from diabetes, consider having a cup of tea after each meal.
Could Chamomile Tea Improve Sleeping?
Camomile is widely known as a sleep aid or moderate tranquillizer. The antioxidant apigenin, which is abundant in camomile tea, is thought to be responsible for the tea's soothing properties. Apigenin attaches to receptors in the brain that may help with anxiety and help you fall asleep more quickly.
