Same Day Despatch

For all in stock items, we aim to despatch your items ordered before 3PM on the same business day. However, please do allow us 1 - 2 business days for your orders to be despatched, especially during busy shopping seasons. In case some of the items are out of stock or in back order, the whole order would be delayed.

Shipping speed is one of the critical factor in making sure you are receiving parcels within the expected time frame. We are cooperating with the fastest shipping companies possible to ensure your parcel is arrived within expectation, this includes Auspost, TNT, Border Express, Couriers Please etc. In case you prefer one courier company over another, simply let us know in the order note, and we will despatch accordingly.

We use every method to ensure your goods are delivered in one piece. We use bubble wraps, paper boxes, and any kinds of protective material to ensure the parcel is well protected. We have seen many customers love our packaging, especially the fragile goods like cups and glasses, paper, etc.

Hassle Free Returns

If the items received are damaged or wrong, simply let us know and we could do the replacement or refund for you within 7 days of purchase. If you changed the mind after purchase within 7 days of purchase, we also offer return and refund as according to our Refund Policy.
