The Gaggia New Classic Pro Espresso Home Coffee Machine is a great place to start if you want to enjoy an authentic Italian espresso. Compact and affordable, this home espresso machine offers you everything you need to create cafe-quality espresso at home. Gaggia has spent more than 80 years perfecting the art of espresso and is dedicated to bringing barista moments into the home. Anyone who appreciates the finer points of great espresso would love their Classic Stainless Steel machine.
The Gaggia Classic Coffee Machine has a single boiler for both espresso and steam, and could all be controlled easily with modern rocker switches. It's the perfect complement to an espresso machine, especially when paired with a professional steam wand and chrome industry-standard brass filter holder. For brewing more than two coffees at a time, a standard group head with a 3-way solenoid valve is the fastest and cleanest method to prepare espresso.
The machine has been enlivened with the inclusion of larger basket sizes with assured crema. Forgiving grind size and exquisite crema are still possible because to the baskets' pressurised construction. Inside, Gaggia made use of their classic aluminium boiler, which is powered by a built-in water pump with a pressure of 15 bar. Because of this, you'll have plenty of steam within seconds.

Directions to Use
Coffee Grinding & Brewing
When it comes to grinding, it is the key to make a great cup of coffee. We recommend a fine grinding setting to achieve the relatively better result.
It is suggested to use Cafetto F20 Cleaning Tablets to do the back flushing.
- Change the basket to a blind basket.
- Add 1 tablet of the Cafetto F20 inside the blind basket, and some hot water to melt the tablet.
- Put the portafilter into the group, and turn on the brewing button.
- After 5 seconds, turn the button off, wait another 5 seconds to wait the water settle, repeat the process for 5 times.
- Chuck the waste water inside the portafilter.
- Put the portafilter back into the group head, and repeat the whole step 4 & 5 for another 4 times until the machine is completely clean.
- Clean up the group head sides with a group head brush.
- Chuck the waste water inside the drip tray and you are ready to go.
Highlights of Gaggia Classic Pro Espresso Home Coffee Machine
Classic Single Boiler Coffee Machine. The 140ml Boiler is more than enough to make 2 cups of espresso and generate high pressure steam.
2.1L Water Capacity with Clear Water Level Indication. The large water tank helps to last for a long time without the need to refill too often. You will also be able to monitor the water level from the side to avoid machine burning due to the low water level.
Large Drip Tray. The drip tray is decent size to catch waste water and coffee grounds, without worrying spills or overflow.
Commercial Grade Portafilter. The stainless steel commercial grade portafilter guarantees an even espresso extraction, it is designed to be durable and easy to clean.
15 Bars of Pressure. The high extraction pressure means you will get great cup of coffee with plenty coffee crema on top.
Double Hole Strong Steam Wand. The strong steam wand would help to create creamy and shiny milk froth.
Auto Shut After 9 Mins. If the coffee machine is idle for more than 9 minutes, it would automatically shut itself off, saves energy and electricity.
Commercial Style Stainless Steel Build. The coffee machine looks great in any of the kitchens or bars, with the high quality build and look.
Recommendations. You might also need to replace the Group Head Seal every 6 months for general protection, a pick and hook tool would help you with the seal replacement.
